Payment & Insurance

$90 per 50-60 minute session

$125 per 90 minute session

I am currently in-network with the Employee Assistance Programs, Compsych, Mines and Associates, and Aetna EAP.  I am in the process of getting accepted as an in-network provider with other insurance companies as well, however, until then, I am more than happy to provide a receipt for each session so that it can be submitted to an insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. If you are hoping to use insurance for therapy sessions, it is advised to contact your provider prior to making an appointment so that you are knowledgable with your companies mental health benefits. 

Reduced Fee

I do offer a sliding scale rates for circumstances on a limited basis. If a sliding scale payment is requested, please make sure to verify this prior to the first session.

Payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card at the time of the appointment. I can also accept credit card or money transfers via Paypal prior to the session. 

Change/Cancellation Policy
If a session has to be changed or canceled for any reason, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to the session time.  I understand that emergencies arise from time to time, however if proper notification is not withheld, full fee for the missed appointment will be charged.
